I am not here to tell you of my achievements in personal training but instead to inform you that training is not just about working out in the gym. when you want to achieve body transformation its important to have a mind and soul transformation. Its also important to increase your heart rate and soul as this is your motor in achieving your goals. I use intermittent fasting to help fat loss or sometimes increase food depending on age and health risk and Kanetica or massage to assist with pain relief.
